How many years have you been selling travel?
10 years

What are your hobbies?
I have 3 kids and we love to camp, paddleboard, canoe and adventure around BC. Now that they are older I am hoping to travel farther and longer!

What type of resort activities do you favor? ie water sports, lounging by the pool, etc?
I am a beach girl. I love sun destinations and snorkeling, I have swam in the wild with Dolphins and Turtles in Hawaii which was an eco-friendly excursion and was fabulous. I would love to swim with the sharks one day!

What are your favorite destinations?
Mexico, Hawaii, California, Beautiful BC, Soon to be more!

Tulum, Mexico - 2024

Playa Del Carmen, Mexico - 2017

My husband and I travelled here for my 40th birthday and stayed at the Riu Playacar. Smaller resort but no complaints. Ocean swimming was the best here and you can walk along the beach to Playa Del Carmen. We took the ferry to Cozumel to do some snorkeling and was upset to find barely any coral or exotic fish. The area has been pretty decimated over the years. So we opted to rent a convertible and drove around the entire island. We also visited Tulum ruins, which are very cool.

Los Cabos, Mexico - 2014

Cabo is great - I went with a friend and we stayed at the RIU Santa Fe. I would prefer a resort where you can swim in the ocean out front but the views of the bay were awesome here. It got pretty rowdy on the weekend with young people but we didn't mind.

Las Vegas, Nevada - 2012

I love Vegas, I have been a few times but this was a whirlwind trip with 3 girlfriends and we had a blast. We went on the New York New York roller coaster, did the zipline over Freemont St. AND I jumped off the Stratosphere. Super fun!

Oahu, Hawaii - 2011

This was a work trip put on by the Visitors Bureau of Oahu. We got to stay in 3 different properties in the Waikiki Beach area. We also got to do an eco-adventure swim with wild Dolphins and Turtles. We covered the entire Island in the 5 days and visited the local Aquarium. We visited Turtle Bay Resort and rode horseback along the trails and mangroves where the show "Lost" was filmed. It was also the King Kamehameha Floral Parade, so fabulous to see the floral floats and locals celebrating. One of my favorite trips ever!

Huatulco, Mexico - 2010

This was my first time to the Pacific side of Mexico. I won a 7 night trip completely free at a work tradeshow and took my Mom with me. We stayed at the Barcelo which was a little outdated but in a nice Bay. Close to the town of La Crucecita which is very lovely. Went snorkeling and held a blowfish :)

Anaheim, California - 2009

This was a work trip and I was able to visit over 20 properties in and around Disneyland. We also visited Disneyland and Knotts Berry Farm. Also hit up the Pirate Adventure Dinner which is fun.

Riviera Maya, Mexico - 2007

This was my belated Honeymoon and my first time to Mexico. We stayed at the Iberostar and loved it. We did the Coba Mayan Jungle Tour and climbed to the top of the Coba Temple (You could at the time) Swam in a freshwater Cenote. Went ATV'ing through the jungle.
