April 01- 09/2017 Stayed at the Ocean Mayan Royal in Playa De Carmen.  It is a 45 minute drive from Cancun airport. I travelled with Air Canada Vacations out of Goose Bay.  The hotel offers free wifi at the resort.  For the al a Cart restaurants, you don't need to make reservation.  However,  if you have a party of 6 to 8 people, a reservation is recommended.  There are 2 pools; one is a quiet pool and the other one has the swim up bar.  The pools are not far apart and are located close to the beach.  The beach had a lot of seaweed.  It was very windy while we were there but a couple of days later the wind calmed down and there was not so much seaweed.  The hotel is very clean and the grounds are beautiful.  And as a bonus, there was quite a variety of wildlife on the resort.  The waiters, waitresses, bartenders, and all staff were terrific.

October 27- November 3/ 2017 Travel to Madrid , Pamplona, San Sebastian , Bilbao, Santander, Covadonga , Oviedo, Zamora Salamanca and Toledo. It was a wonderful trip from visiting the museum houses the largest collection of European art in the world.  Pamplona this city is famous for the San Fermin Festival, Commonly know as the Running of the Bulls. San Sebastian the beautiful Bahia de La Concha Beach and is know as the culinary capital of Spain. Santander-Covadonga-Oviedo spectacular scenery awaits today as you travel through the Picos De Europa, a mountain range rich in flora and Fauna.  The region sits between two main pilgrim routes and has numerous historic market towns.   Zamora-Salamanca Drive through the region of Castile-Leon to Zamora, know as a museum of Romanesque art.  See the 12th century cathedral with its richly sculptured Bishop's Door and the scaled Dome.  Salamanca sightseeing  tour including vies of  Spain's oldest University, the Cathedra as well as a walk through the imposing Plaza Mayor   Toledo Visit the church of Santo Tome home to one of El Greco's most famous paintings.  The burial of Count Orgaz.

March 25 to April 1 2016 Santa Clara in Cuba Stayed at the Melia Las Dunas The property is beautiful, clean, staff friendly, beach is beautiful and lost of difference age groups.  If you have young people looking for a place to go with things happening at night this is a good spot.  The lobby bar in the evenings had music playing and different things happens lots of people hanging out and having a good time.  It has one side with families and the other side is without children but you have access to both sides it is not adult section only.

   April 21 to 28 2016 Grand Bahia Principe Cayacoa The hotel is clean, friendly staff, food is good and it is small only 295 rooms.  It is close to town and they have a shuttle that runs ever 30 minutes for drop off and pick up or it is close enough to walk. The beach is nice but not a big beach.  It is family, singles and couples.  They do have a swim up bar and casino on site.  

April 19-26 2014 This property was excellent the rooms were clean and around the property was clean. There was lots of chairs for everyone you never had to get up early to make sure you got a chair.  The beach was also beautiful and lots of chairs as well the staff was friendly and had no issue with this resort and would recommend this no problem. Also they had a child club lots of activities around the resort the entrainment staff was  also good.    

It was very relaxing and at your own pace.  The cruise boarded in Vilshofen and we travel the Danue river...towns we visit were Passau, Salzbur, Linz, Melk, Wachau, Durnstein,  Vienna, Austria and Budapest. It was beautiful in the fall the weather a little cool but nice.  You had tours, meals and drink with your meals.  The ship only host a small amount of people.  you were in port in the daytime and sail at night.  When in port you had local entertainment. I would definitely recommend this cruise to anyone.
