Beyond the hotel corridor, the landscape becomes more rugged, with limestone cliffs, cacti and desert terrain in Arikok National Park. Trade winds, coral reefs and offshore shipwrecks also make Aruba popular for kite-surfing, snorkelling and scuba diving.
